Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to HuliLearn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HuliLearn mobile application operated by Tai YuTing ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app strictly for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you, and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application.
• Scrape Content: Use any robot, spider, crawler, or other automatic device, process, software, or queries that intercepts, "mines," scrapes, or otherwise accesses the application to monitor, extract, copy, or collect information or data from or through the application, or engage in any manual process to do the same.
• Unauthorized API Access: Access or use the application's API (Application Programming Interface) other than through the official HuliLearn application installed on your device.
• Commercial Use: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

HuliLearn operates on a Freemium SaaS model. While the app is free to download, certain content requires a subscription.

• Management: All subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments or store credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: To cancel a subscription, you must go to your device's settings (Apple ID or Google Play Account). We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The application and its original content (including but not limited to stories, audio, text, graphics, and user interface) are and will remain the exclusive property of Tai YuTing and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright and other laws of Taiwan and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not warrant that:

• The translations or educational content are 100% accurate or free of error.
• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from crashes or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tai YuTing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Taipei City, Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
